Wearables + Data. What do you know?

I put a poll up on Twitter yesterday asking everyone to take a vote on wearables and where they stand in terms of knowledge. Whether you’re training for your first marathon, dealing with a stressful job, or simply want to improve your sleep, wearables such as WHOOP & Oura’s 24/7 heart-rate monitor can help you perform better every day. These wearables are great if you know how to deconstruct the data, which most people don’t.

My questions is; when it comes to wearables that track your HRV, sleep, HR/RHR, what are the things you don’t understand?

At first, my biggest hurdle was really understanding HRV and how to optimise my HRV after reading the metrics each morning.
